Growing weary of the severe winters, he moved to sunny California and joined a group of doctors in Buena Park. There he was first Board Certified in family practice in 1971; continuing the required education and examinations (every five years) to become a lifetime member of the American Academy of Family Practice Board in 2005. For many years Dr. Yury enjoyed his practice and his patients.

Truly loving medicine, but tiring of the HMO style medicine had become, he sold his practice thinking of retiring. After a few months of golfing every day he found himself bored and started investigating preventive and regenerative medicine using bio-identical hormones.

Soon he was back in school and opening a new office; still using his family practice experience but now specializing in preventive/regenerative medicine. He has been Board Certified with the American Board of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine since 2008.

Dr. Yury has always been interested in preventive measures for good health and is now back doing what he loves – helping patients live a long and healthy life.

Bio-identical hormones are very different from synthetic hormones. The dosages of all Bio-identical hormones are custom mixed for each individual’s need. They match the body’s own natural hormones unlike the synthetic s that do not.
